What we collect
When you request or make a booking we collect your name, email, phone number, the rental dates and items you select, and — when you sign the rental agreement — your electronic signature and an audit record (timestamp, browser/device, and the agreement version you accepted).
How we use it
To process and prepare your rental, communicate about your booking, maintain records of signed agreements, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment information
Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number — it goes directly to the processor. We retain only payment records (amounts, dates, status, and processor reference IDs).
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run this service, including Supabase (database/hosting), Vercel (web hosting), and Stripe (payments). Your data is processed on their infrastructure under their security controls.
Data retention & your rights
We keep booking and signed-agreement records as needed for business and legal purposes. To access, correct, or request deletion of your information, contact us.
