Bookings & deposits
Submitting a booking requests a reservation for the selected dates and items. A reservation is confirmed when the required deposit is received. Deposits and balances are described at checkout; unused days are non-refundable due to staging and logistics.
Rental agreement
All rentals require a signed rental agreement, which governs equipment use, liability, damage responsibility, assumption of risk, and cancellation. In any conflict, the signed rental agreement controls over this summary.
Equipment & conduct
Renters are responsible for inspecting, operating, and returning equipment in good condition, and for following all safety briefings and applicable laws. AKventure provides equipment, structure, and support — we do not guide, outfit, or influence hunting decisions, and do not provide field assistance or rescue.
Limitation of liability
Remote Alaska boating and camping carry inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AKventure is not liable for injury, death, or property damage arising from use of the equipment, except as set out in the signed rental agreement.
