Getting your boat to the water
Where you can get boats
Pre- and post-season rentals start in Wasilla, where we hand off the boat and gear with an in-person safety briefing. North Slope blocks are staged in Deadhorse for the season (Jul 31 – Sep 3). For truly remote trips, we can pack your rental boat for air cargo and hand it to the air-cargo carrier you book.
Fly it into the bush
We package your boat for flight so it can ship on air cargo to remote, off-the-road-system villages across western and northern Alaska.
You arrange the carrier. You'll need to book an air cargo carrier that serves your destination and have them quote the freight for your boat and gear. Ask us for the packed specs to share with your carrier for an estimate.
